For candidates

What you can do

Build one profile and search open roles.

Make a profile once, decide what is shown, and search roles by category, job type, work mode, level, and location.

  • One complete profile

Experience, education, skills, preferences, and links in one place, with a checklist that shows what is missing.

  • You control visibility

Your profile is private until you publish it, and each contact detail has its own switch.

  • Search that fits

Filter open roles by keyword, category, job type, work mode, experience level, and location.

Your profile

Everything in one profile.

Fill in as much or as little as you like, then publish when the checklist is complete. You do not need work experience to publish: one experience entry or one education entry is enough.

  • Experience

Add as many roles as you need and reorder them. Tick current role when you still work there, and the end date is not needed.

  • Education

Add schools, courses, and degrees. Students and graduates can publish with education and no work history.

  • Certifications and achievements

List certifications and short achievements that show what you have done.

  • Skills and tools

Add up to 30 skills and up to 30 tools. Three skills are needed to publish.

  • Work preferences

Choose remote, hybrid, or on-site, your job types, preferred locations, and an optional salary expectation with currency and period.

  • Links and photo

Add LinkedIn, a portfolio, and GitHub, and upload a profile photo.

Your data

Your data, your control.

You decide what an organization can see. Read the full detail in the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection page.

  1. Private until you publish

Your profile is visible only to you until you choose to publish it.

    • Publishing needs a complete profile, shown as a checklist.
    • Unpublish at any time and the public link stops working.
  2. You choose what is shown

Each of these has its own switch.

    • Phone number, email address, and salary expectation are hidden by default.
    • LinkedIn, portfolio, and GitHub links are shown by default and can be hidden.
  3. Unlisted, not searchable

A published profile is reachable by its link. Search engines are asked not to index or follow it.

Read the Privacy Policy and Data Protection and Your Rights.

Tips

Tips for a strong profile.

  • Write a headline a stranger understands

Say what you do and at what level, for example Frontend developer, three years of experience.

  • Use the summary for what you want next

Two or three sentences on your focus and the kind of team you want to join read better than a list of adjectives.

  • Describe results, not duties

Under each role, say what changed because you were there. Numbers help when you have them.

  • Add skills you can talk about

Keep the list to skills you could explain in an interview. A short, honest list beats a long one.

  • Set your time zone and work preferences

They keep your profile complete and make it clear how and where you want to work.

  • Check what is shown before you publish

Open the visibility switches and decide about your phone number, email, salary, and links.
